Central District Health Department recently issued the following announcement on March 10.
Nebraska has joined the long list of states where the H5N1 avian influenza has been identified in wild birds.
While the virus has not been transmitted to humans, it's reason to avoid dead wild birds you may come across. Learn more at the link.
