3rd grade are beginning a STEM lesson on bridge building.
They heard the story Twenty One Elephants. It is the story of the building of the Brooklyn Bridge and how P.T. Barnum proved it was safe by having his circus elephants cross the bridge.
Then they used Keva planks to build a bridge over water. It takes many attempts to find a bridge that works!
