Middle and High School Music Families

Winter sports will be starting in a week, which means that it will be time for us to begin managing the winter concession stand.  This is the biggest fundraiser for the music boosters! The money raised is used to pay for student transportation costs, new uniforms, instruments, meals and many other things for middle and high school bands and choirs. Please consider donating your time to help out our music boosters and music department. If every family worked two shifts, we would have almost all shifts filled for the season.

Each person that works a concessions shift will have $5.00 credited to their music student account, which can be applied on music related expenses, such as camps, show choir costumes, fees, etc. You and your student will be able to enjoy 1/2 price concessions during the shift you work. If a parent signs up for a slot and a student signs up for a slot, then $5.00 will be given for each slot worked or $10.00 together. Please note the Middle School students CAN sign up WITHOUT a parent for the runner time slots.  This is a great opportunity for students to fund upcoming music expenses. The student music accounts will be carried over from year to year and if any funds remain when the student graduates those funds can be transferred to younger siblings.

If you are interested in being a concessions Adult Team Leader, you can earn $20.00 per shift to be deposited in your student's music account.  Team Leaders must agree to attend a short training session, which will be scheduled in the near future.

Below is a link to the sign up genius where you can see and sign up for all available time slots. Thank you in advance for volunteering...we couldn't do it without you!
