It has been brought to our attention that patients have been receiving letters from their insurance carriers stating that some of our providers are no longer at our location or no longer in network. Please note that our Primary Care Providers (PCP) have not changed and can be seen below. If there would ever be a change in your PCP, please know that you would receive communications directly from Howard County Medical Center.
