On Thursday, March 6, former Ashland-Greenwood High School standouts Carter Washburn and Levi Kennedy’s current college team, the Buena Vista Beavers, won 18-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the North Park Vikings.

The game took place at Chain of Lakes Field. This was their first matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Beavers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 12 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Benedictine Eagles.
