Rep. Don Bacon, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Nebraska’s 2nd district, shared his views on international relations and domestic political issues through a series of tweets. Bacon, who succeeded Brad Ashford in 2017, has been vocal about geopolitical dynamics and recent political developments.

On December 2, 2024, Rep. Don Bacon expressed concerns about the collaboration between Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. He stated that these nations are working together to alter the global order towards a "Might Makes Right" system that would allow them to dominate. He cited an incident involving a Chinese ship leaving a Russian port and dragging its anchor for two days, which resulted in the severing of European underwater cables. "The reality is Russia, China, Iran & North Korea are working together to change the world order to a 'Might Makes Right' system where they can dominate."

In another tweet posted on December 2, 2024, Rep. Bacon criticized President Biden's decision to pardon his son. He reflected on past presidential pardons he deemed unseemly since Bill Clinton's tenure but highlighted Biden's actions as particularly problematic due to previous promises made during his election campaign not to pardon his son. "We’ve seen many unseemly Presidential pardons in my adult life dating back to Bill Clinton."

Later that day, Rep. Bacon succinctly summarized his stance with another tweet stating: "Dishonesty was THE strategy." This statement underscored his criticism of perceived dishonesty in political strategies.
