On February 6, 2025, Rep. Bacon addressed the issue of anti-Semitism via Twitter: "I will not be a bystander when it comes to anti-Semitism. It is an evil and it’s another vile form of racism."
Later that day, he expressed his appreciation for meeting representatives from Special Olympics Nebraska: "We had a great time meeting the fantastic reps from Special Olympics Nebraska, including Cindy Hemberger from Hastings! We're proud of local superstar Cindy, who has won 58 medals and over 70 ribbons!"
