He invited the public to tune in to C-SPAN during the 9 a.m. CT hour on February 12, where he will read McMorris's accomplishments into the Congressional Record. "In honor of Black History Month, we celebrate Kenny McMorris, a visionary leader for community well-being. Later that day, Rep. Bacon shared another tweet with a more critical tone directed at an unnamed person or entity, stating simply: "This guy is a sick individual."
On February 7, Rep. Bacon discussed his meeting with two Ukrainian Parliamentarians and three Ukrainian soldiers. In this post, he criticized Russia's invasion of Ukraine and mentioned initial predictions from President Biden’s team regarding the conflict's duration: "I welcomed two Ukrainian Parliamentarians and three Ukrainian soldiers today. Russia initiated this barbaric invasion, and Biden’s team said they’d fall in 2 weeks. 750,000 Russian casualties later, the Ukrainians are still fighting for freedom and independence."
