In a tweet posted on February 13, Rep. Bacon announced his participation in the National Guard Association Conference, highlighting interactions with Nebraskans Joshua Stevenson and Blaise Lemke. He expressed appreciation for the service of National Guardsmen worldwide. "I joined the National Guard Association Conference this week. Great to see Nebraskans Joshua Stevenson and Blaise Lemke. I’ve served with National Guardsmen all over the world and I appreciate their service to our country."

Later that day, Rep. Bacon welcomed members of the Nebraska Civil Air Patrol (CAP), describing it as an excellent program for youth development. He praised the cadets he met for their sharpness and potential. "I welcomed NE Civil Air Patrol members today. The CAP is a great program for our youth. The cadets I met today were exceptionally sharp."

In another tweet from February 13, Rep. Bacon discussed his conversation with leaders from Habitat for Humanity regarding the shortage of affordable homes and opportunities for congressional action to prioritize policies supporting entry-level homeownership. "Habitat for Humanity leaders and I spoke about the historic low supply of affordable homes, especially for entry-level homeownership, local challenges, and the opportunities for Congress to act and prioritize policies that will increase the number of starter homes."
