REVISION Temporary Closure of 15th Street from 23rd Avenue to 27th Avenue
This is a REVISION of the Press Release previously sent last week. Due to predicted weather this week, the start of the project has been postponed until the week of March 14th.
15th Street from 23rd Avenue to 27th Avenue will be closed for water and paving reconstruction planned to begin the week of March 14th (instead of March 8th) with a scheduled final completion during the summer. Northbound and southbound traffic on 23rd Avenue and 27th Avenue intersections will be open throughout the project. Northbound and southbound traffic at the intersections of 24th, 25th and 26th Avenues will remain open to through traffic as much as possible and practical. Drivers and pedestrians are encouraged to use extreme caution in and around the area.
