Columbus Public Schools is a 2022 Casey’s Cash for Classrooms grant recipient. The school will receive $20,000 to help update the Nantkes Auditorium with a projector and drop down screen. This project will help Columbus Public Schools by making the Nantkes Auditorium a usable space for professional development, large parent meetings and student assemblies.

“We are grateful to receive a Cash for Classrooms grant from Casey’s and are excited to complete this project that will improve our students’ and teachers’ ability to learn and grow at Columbus Public Schools,” said Nicole Anderson, Marketing & Foundation Director for Columbus Public Schools. “Casey’s is a great community partner that gives back to many schools across its footprint, including ours, through this program.”

“At Casey’s, our goal is for the Cash for Classrooms grants to help schools in areas they have needs and improve the learning environment for the future. Casey’s is here for good and that means supporting students, teachers and families in our local communities,” said Katie Petru, Director of Community at Casey’s.

The project is expected to be completed by August 2022.
