Construction on Phase 2 of East 14th Avenue is from Armory Drive to north of Kozy Drive and is scheduled to begin on April 11, 2022.
Work will consist of paving removals, construction of a temporary access road for use by local residents, storm sewer improvements, sidewalks, and street paving improvements. Through traffic on East 14th Avenue shall follow the signed detour route. Access to and from properties located in the subdivisions east of the project should use Armory Drive east of East 14th Avenue and then Kozy Drive and Minden Drive. The project is scheduled for final completion this fall.
