Tonight Ashland Rescue trained on CPAP.
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy is a common treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. Its use in heart failure is highly effective, giving the EMS provider a valuable tool in efforts to deliver high-quality care and can be used for other respiratory emergencies such as Asthma and COPD as well as other conditions.
