Water Aerobics is a fun way to burn off the day-to-day stresses that life can present. Working out in the water is less abrasive on one's joints with the added resistance the water has to offer. Come on out and join the group for some exciting socializing and challenging routines. Classes kick off at 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday all summer long.
