On January 23, 2025, he expressed his views on the Houthis' actions against commercial ships and Israeli cities, criticizing the Biden administration's decision regarding their terrorist designation. "A 'revolution of common sense.' The Houthis have been attacking commercial ships and bombing Israeli cities. The Houthis are terrorists. Overturning Biden’s decision to remove Houthis from the terrorist organization list is common sense."
Later that day, Rep. Bacon shared a personal encounter with abortion survivors who have become pro-life advocates despite their physical challenges from birth attempts. He emphasized their gratitude for life and their influence as advocates. "I’ve met several survivors of abortion who are now adults... Both are strong pro-life advocates."
