In another post on March 15, Rep. Bacon criticized Nebraska Democrats for inviting what he described as "ultra-liberal" figures such as Bernie Sanders and Governor Tim Walz to speak "NE Dems first bring in ultra liberal Bernie Sanders & now the nation’s most liberal Governor...". He questioned Gov. Walz's military career claims and mentioned left-wing groups like MoveOn and Indivisible.
