On March 23, 2025, Rep. Bacon expressed his approval of the Trump Administration's actions concerning a criminal case. He stated: "I commend the Trump Administration for bringing this criminal who killed Sarah Root back to the U.S. to face justice. Our hearts are with the Root family."
The following day, on March 24, 2025, he addressed international relations by acknowledging Denmark's alliance with the United States: "Denmark has been a great ally. They’ve served with us in the Middle East. They’ve been key contributors to Ukraine. Greenland is also our ally. We have a great base there and they’re willing to partner more. Let’s be a better ally and not a bully in our own right."
Later that same day, Rep. Bacon made a brief statement urging alignment with American beliefs: "Or, stand for what most Americans believe in."
