On March 26, 2025, Bacon commented on the removal of billboards by the DC Democrats with his tweet: "It doesn’t pay to lie. The DC Democrats were forced to take down the false billboards."

Later that day, Bacon highlighted his participation at a National Air Traffic Controllers Association event. In his tweet he stated: "This week, I spoke at @NATCA on boosting our aviation workforce & safety with bipartisan solutions.
