His communication weighed on matters concerning national security and local governance, reflecting a multifaceted approach to his political representation.

On April 1, 2025, Rep. Bacon expressed support for the Republican Study's "Enforcing Maximum Pressure" plan concerning Iran. He emphasized the risks posed by Iran acquiring nuclear weapons and reiterated the imperative for America not to ease diplomatic and economic pressure. As outlined, "Glad to back @RepublicanStudy’s ‘Enforcing Maximum Pressure’ plan to counter Iran’s growing aggression. America can’t forget what Iran has done & should not let up until this regime is out. If Iran obtains nuclear weapons, it will become an existential threat to Israel & America."

On April 2, 2025, Bacon congratulated Mayor Jean Stothert on her electoral victory while highlighting Omaha’s economic successes and improvements in public safety.
