On April 29, 2025, Bacon expressed his support for youth programs, notably the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and 4-H organizations. He stated, "The Future Farmers of America and the 4-H are great organizations for our youth and strengthen the future of Nebraska’s AG. Our youth need these opportunities to help them develop."
