On May 10, 2025, Rep. Bacon directed a critical message to the Deputy Chair of the Russian Security Council regarding actions taken by Russia against Ukraine. He stated: "To the Deputy Chair of the Russian Security Council: you invaded your neighbor. You bomb your neighbor’s cities and murder their POWs. You’ve kidnapped nearly 20,000 Ukrainian kids. You’ve raped and pillaged areas you occupy. You suppress Evangelicals in occupied areas."

Later that day, he addressed constituents experiencing difficulties with federal agencies by offering assistance from his office: "If you can’t get timely answers from a federal agency or feel unfairly treated, our office can help resolve issues and get you info. We can’t guarantee a favorable outcome, but we’ll strive for a fair response."

On May 11, Rep. Bacon highlighted an inspiring encounter with USAF Second Lieutenant Kyrolos Georgey at Oxford University under the Marshall Scholars Program: "I met USAF Second Lieutenant Kyrolos Georgey who is attending Oxford University as part of the Marshall Scholars Program. He’s getting a PhD in Hypersonics. He’s a refugee from Egypt and lived near my childhood home in IL. His journey is a great example of why America is strong." This meeting underscored themes of resilience and opportunity within America.
