We want to help you hone your leadership skills, discover your strengths, and connect you with your peers. BCDA’s Emerging Leaders Academy is a high-quality leadership training meant to encourage and prepare future leaders to take on the various leadership roles in our communities.
During the Academy, the group selects a community project to implement in Boone County. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with other leaders and introduce a project that you feel Boone County is missing!
