Rep. Don Bacon, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Nebraska's 2nd district, shared a series of tweets on January 26, 2025. These posts ranged from promoting Nebraska to commenting on international issues.

On January 26, 2025, Rep. Don Bacon posted a tweet expressing pride in his home state: "Nebraska’s Nice!"

In another post on the same day, he addressed an unnamed individual with concern and encouragement to seek therapy: "A sick individual. Please seek therapy. I wish you well." He included the hashtag #NebraskaNice.

Later that day, Bacon commented on COVID-19's origins: "The House was briefed in the summer of 2020 that COVID likely originated from an accidental lab leak in Wuhan." He noted how this theory was initially dismissed but is now considered plausible and urged China to provide answers.
